I was in need of a good cleaning of the carpet, kitchen and bathrooms of a rental apartment I had vacated. Despite the short notice, Booking Made Easy was able to schedule an appointment on the day I needed, even though I wasn't going to be there. When I came to the house later in the evening, the carpets looked good (due to stains that were there when I first moved in, the carpet was never going to look great). The kitchen and bathrooms looked great, especially the bathtub which was in dire need of a good cleaning. If I were still living in the area, I would book them for regular cleanings. Thanks for a great job!
I selected North Coast Masonry because the website beautifully displayed many of the jobs that the company had performed. But the main reason I selected this amazing company is because they clearly knew what they were doing. There were so many positive things that happened today that I'm not sure if space will permit. But here goes: When I first met Tim Laurenzi, he was pleasant, professional, respectful, and appeared to have a working knowledge of what I was looking for at my parents' residence. His cost to repair (actual rebuild) the porch steps was conservative. The prior month, I had hired a handyman to rebuild the steps & the job he did was a nightmare!! In fact the entire process of dealing with him & his crew was horrifying! Sometimes they would come for about an hour & then leave. They left pieces of bricks & trash strewn about the yard. There was very little communication between the "boss" & me. When he did say anything, he talked over me & made excuses. Sometimes it would be days before they would returne. He requested 1/2 money before the job & 1/2 money concluding the job. He left his buckets & broken up bricks next to porch. I had to have someone help me move them so that we could get into the driveway. After waiting 3 days for him to return & pick up his buckets filled with more broken up bricks & food wrappers, I called him.There's just so much more. But contrasting with North Coast Masonry, these 3 gentlemen were professional, respectful, friendly, gave eye contact when I was speaking to them. Tim notified me when he was coming & confirmed the appt. He & his crew arrived on time & worked tirelessly all day. I remained inside caring for my parents; but besides their tools, there was no loud music, no loud talking, they worked to get the job done. They used tarp to place their tools & material on...again respectful (of the property). They used "real" tools! Tim & his crew built beautiful steps in ONE DAY!!! They worked consistently and professionally & completed the job they set out to do. While Tim & I were going over all the work, one of our neighbors commented on how great the steps looks!! They all witnessed the devastation we went through to get new steps. I was very impressed with Tim Laurenzi & his 2 crew members. I would absolutely without hesitation recommend North Coast Masonry to anyone who want the job done right!!
Rod was chosen from five bidders, all of whom were close in their estimates. Unlike the others, he initially mentioned renovation options ( both interior and exterior ) that had not been considered in the planning. No one else "thought outside the box". This was a complete renovation of a house to prepare it for sale: new flooring throughout, new padding and carpeting throughout, much repair work of damaged wood and walls, a wood-burning fireplace rehab; installation of new vanities, sinks, mirrors, med. cabinets and accessories, 5 new ceiling fans, power washing, painting shutters and repair and painting of storage shed, caulking around foundation, installation of all new interior and exterior doors. You can see that the job was all-encompassing and Rod was up to the task and did some unique repairs along the way. The only two detours included four dead electrical outlets that still need to be repaired by an electrician and the time frame ran more than 3 and 1/2 months. If you are willing to be patient, Rod will do a bang-up job for you. He would text pictures of items for my approval before he would make a purchase. He provided me with a receipt for everything that was required for the job. This was an $11,000+ investment, but the new owner is not going to have any headaches once they move in. I hope to hire Rod again for work at my own residence and would comfortably make a referral to anyone in need of his services.
We had a sump pump failure and our entire finished basement was under several inches of water. I contacted SafeHouse Solutions due to a referral and Iâm so glad I did. I called late on a Sunday night, Nancy answered and set me up with an appointment right away. They professionally and efficiently helped us take care of the water removal, remove damaged drywall and flooring; they also helped us with an unknown existing black mold issue. They only charged us what we were originally quoted but absolutely went above and beyond what they were called in to do. The insurance agent that came to our house to assess the damage also had really nice things to say about them as well. They are a family run business that truly made me feel well taken care of. I hope I never have a flooding issue again but if I do I will absolutely be calling Nancy, Michael, and Christian with SafeHouse Solutions again.
Our problem was due to a second floor shower drain that was leaking and over time had damaged a portion of our kitchen ceiling. Aaron was able to repair that portion of the ceiling to match the existing ceiling texture. A very high quality job was done.

Joe is very professional, and did a wonderful job on our floors. Anyone else could have done more work for more money, Joe was honest and only did what needed to be done. We will continue to do business with Joe.
