I hired Michelle for a deep cleaning on 10/6/2018 in anticipation of moving out of our large house. We have a 2800 square foot home and I did ask a lot - scrubbing all the bathrooms, mopping hardwood floors, scrubbing baseboards, cleaning windows, appliances, stairways, etc.
Not only was she extremely professional and responsive, her rates are incredible! It was well worth the money for the time I would have spent doing this all myself. I was out of town when she came to clean and she sent me text updates throughout, and additionally, it was so nice to come home to a thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned home! I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Michelle and Ann are hard workers and did a wonderful job on a 3 bedroom house that had held 4 kids ages 10-15. (Not in good shape) I recommend Michelle's Miracle Maids highly!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally have a set rate for jobs, I'm also reasonable and always complete the job for the price that's agreed upon. I don't like surprise pricing and would never do that to others. I do upcharge for certain things that are not included in the price but will always be up front before scheduling so there's meeting of the minds.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally like to have a conversation to know if it's a good match. I think both myself and my customers should feel comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have education in business as well as experience in customer service. I believe that with that mix it helps with my business.
