- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system for Livefit services is very simple. However, it can be a bit confusing for first time users. Livefit offers a variety of programs and services, which all cost a specified number of points. When you create an account on the Livefit website, you will be able to purchase a variety of point packages. Each point purchased at Livefit costs $2.00 (not including tax). For example, a 60 minute, 1 on 1 personal training session costs 15 points. Therefore, it costs $30.00. A 30 minute, 1 on 1 personal training costs 8 points. Therefore, it costs $16.00. If you ever would like to train with a partner or a couple of friends or family, there are also options for 1 on 2 and 1 on 3 personal training sessions, which can help alleviate some of the financial expense.
