- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our menu has three basic price levels: classic, special and gourmet. Each menu is served with your choice of vegetable, side, salad and dinner rolls. We work with customers to create special packages to include rental items like linens and China and offer various discounts along the way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First you'll come into one of our four tasting offices to taste the meal of your choice. We care about the details so if you want your mac and cheese even cheesier we'll make it happen for you! Our menu is 100% customizable. At the tasting we will walk you through all of your options including rental items and give you a detailed custom proposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our chefs are professionally trained.
