Contractor Review – September 2025 I recently hired Oleg in September 2025 to complete a variety of repair and improvement projects at my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The work included painting my garage and awnings, concrete repair on my stairs and porch, installing flooring in my showers, and some interior painting. Oleg also took care of several smaller projects such as fixing a screen door, replacing outlets, installing a new lighting fixture, and repairing a bedroom closet door. The quality of the work was excellent. Oleg was knowledgeable across all of the different types of projects I needed completed and even offered helpful suggestions along the way. He used quality materials and took the time to ensure everything was done correctly. What really impressed me was that he managed to complete all of this work in just two days. Communication throughout the project was solid. From my experience, coordinating with contractors often requires flexibility, but whenever I reached out with questions or for updates, Oleg always responded in a timely manner—usually within 24 hours or sooner. He and his team were professional, respectful, and clear about their arrival times and work hours, which they consistently followed. Another highlight was how well he stayed within budget. We had a low-pressure conversation about costs up front, and he honored the free estimate provided without any surprise charges. Despite the number of small projects I asked him to handle, he completed everything within the agreed budget. On top of that, Oleg went above and beyond by handling the shopping for materials himself, which was a huge time-saver for me. Oleg and team did a great job painting my high ceilings. They were so fast and such a great price for the high quality. I would definitely recommend them for your next project. They also installed some lights and can do almost everything for the interior of your home so they are very versatile and wholistic. 10/10 would recommend.
