- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee and you’ll never pay more than what I quote. If it takes me longer than I expected, that’s on me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk through details. For move in cleanings, I create a detailed list of specific tasks so both parties are clear about expectations and costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve owned and cleaned rental properties for over 20 years. Plus I have a healthy dose of OCD.
