My friend and I have semi private lessons because my friend has Parkinson's and moves slower,is not comfortable in a regular big class. Natasha works with both of us together but still addresses our individual issues.. She is very positive in all aspects,a joy to have as an instructor. We now have class twice a week.

I have worked with Kim for over 3 years. I started working with her after I had 2 back surgeries for a herniated disc. I had very little strength after the 2 surgeries and needed something that would strengthen my core to support my back.
