Very knowledgeable and went out of his way to fix an issue that was not any easy fix. He found that the MS update failed the night before causing the motherboard to fail and the hard drive to corrupt basically destroying the entire system. After CPR failed, plans are to try and rescue hard drive data later.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was working for the cable company and while there I would set up customer's internet service. They would always ask for me to come back to fix some other issue with their computer off the clock so I began doing it on the side. I enjoy doing it very much and it's a joy to be able to help people in this way.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common types of jobs involves cleaning computers from viruses to make them operate faster as well as home wireless internet setup.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The number one thing that I would caution people is that they would make sure that the person that they hire are professionals. That means some kind of computer certification like A+. Multiple certifications is a plus of course but in the very least, having the A+ Certification guarantees that your tech is professional and has the requisite knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot your computer issues.
