Introduction: Hey, I’m Chef Sierra. After attending Bradford Culinary School in 2013 and Owens Culinary School in 2015. SiSi’s Pop Up Catering was established in 2015. My passion has always been in the kitchen and to create memorable times with those I love while enjoying amazing food. My mission is to provide exquisite personal chef and event catering experiences. Wedding event to Brunch on a Sunday, or an intimate dinner for two, I am equipped to service all your catering and personal chef desires! SiSi’s The Food Truck was established in 2021. Serving statewide in Ohio. Apart from my life as the Chef, I love to travel and explore new places and food culture. The best times are spent with those I love and creating experiences.

Sierra was AMAZING! This was my first time using a personal chef and she made the process so smooth. She was so helpful when choosing the menu and even worked with my food allergies. I hired Sierra for a celebration dinner for my husband and I and I’m so glad that I did. 10/10 would definitely use again and would recommend.

I had the opportunity to have Chef Sierra cook a romantic Valentine’s Day brunch, and dinner for my girlfriend and I. To put simply, she’s surpassed all expectations, the food, the set up, the delivery, everything was beyond perfect. I contacted Sierra Symone as a gift for my parents. She was very professional and responsive while communicating. She did what she said she was going to do which is refreshing these days. My parents enjoyed her personality and especially her cooking. They were very thankful for the amazing meal! I would hire Sierra Symone again (and she will be hearing from me for next year's gift)! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quote depends on head count, menu, in-home service or delivery. I also charge $75 per hour of travel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with Thumbtack, I always get the basics of what the client would like. (How many guests, location, type of menu, type of event) I will give a quote based off those suggestions. If the quote is okay with the client, we will proceed on the final menu. I will send an invoice for a deposit of half the quote to secure your date and you will be booked. Final payment is always due 48 hours before service. I’m always reachable by thumbtack, phone, or email.
