- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All depends on the amount of time for the event. How much and what type of equipment is needed for an event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know customers musical preferences. How they want to entertain the guests at their event/celebration. Have customer sign contract and pay a deposit to secure the date. Fill out a music request form on their time and return when complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in broadcasting. I worked at radio stations WNCX and WERE. I am on LinkedIn and part of DJ discussion groups in my industry.
