No other company in the industry that does that. Of Course, we also do a comprehensive report , with an average of 30 pages. We recently started using the Drone with our inspections. Hi my name is Sally I am in the process of buying a new home. I needed a home inspection done, so I called my realtor and asked him if he knew any one. He gave me Jay Marzano"s name and phone number. I called him and it was a blessing. I told him what day and time would be good for me and he said ok that will be fine. He showed up right on time. He took all the time I needed to go through the house with him. He was very throughly. He took pictures of everything. He explained all of my questions and then some. He went above and beyond what I expected. I felt so reassured after we were done. I can not wait to move in to my new home. Being new to the Columbus area, I was very worried about picking our Home Inspector. Once you meet Jay you feel like he is your immediate friend/family member. We choose to go to the inspection along with Jay. He showed up right on time, and took time to do an introduction, it wasn't strictly business with Jay. You really know he wants what's best for your family and answered every question on the spot. My husband and kids even came. He was very patient and understanding while my soon to be 9yr & 2yr old tried to stay out of the way. ( As you know a 2yr old doesn't always listen :) ) He took lots of pictures and went over everything. I was very pleased with his help in this process. If you find yourself second guessing yourself and stumble upon this review--Just Call Jay!! I promise you won't regret you did. Thank you Jay!!!

Jay performed a home inspection for me and was fantastic. He was on time, very friendly and easygoing, efficient, and thorough. I will use him again for any inspections I need and plan in recommending him to my friends and family.

All he did was talk, talk and talk. He was very lazy. All he did was trying to take pics. My wife had to be behind him asking him to check everything. We will never personally recommend him to anyone. I kept telling him that the heating was coming through the cielings as I had kept telling him that it was radiant electric heating and that the cracks were due to that. He just stood close to the attic entrance and took pics. His selling point is "if this house doesn't work out, the next one is free" since we had already spent money on other homes, we fell into his sales gimmicks and ended up hiring,this is a very big mistake and WE WILL NOT RECCOMEND HIM TO ANYONE, stay away

I'm not even sure how to respond to this? Lazy? I inspected the house from top to bottom, and yes inside the attic, with pictures to prove it. Walked the roof. It does have radiant heat, in the floor, Heat rises, the cracks were from settlement cracks, prior leak damage, and just unprofessional workmanship, but that's not what he wanted to hear I guess. Yes I did take about 90 pictures, they are better than notes, which I also take. I encourage customers to walk around, ask questions, I am blown away at this review, they seemed very happy with the report and inspection, and then this? Even her father was there and walk around and seem to come to the same conclusions about the home as I did. I only wish that they had addressed any concerns with me while I was there. This house had many issues with it, and is an older home, so maybe they did not like to hear the truth about it.
