Rapport Connect diagnosed a problem with my printer. It was determined that the printer could not be repaired- parts are not available for discontinued printer. My only complaint is that the cost of the repair listed on Thumbtack was different that what was actually charged.

I have finally found my guy......... My IT Computer tech that is. Davon is a "go getter"! He will not quit until he solves the problem! I have been at my new home 19 months now; with computer/printer problems during that whole time. I have gone through plenty of so called 'Genius' techies with minimal resolve. Davon is very knowledgable. He thinks outside of the box. Very affable & pleasant young family man. I will be using Davon again should I ever need to trouble shoot any technical problem. If you want something done correctly; this is your go to guy! I Highly reccomend this young man.

Trish worked on my laptop after I got a FBI scam. I called several places and they wanted over 100.00 and didn't quarantine they could even fix it. I gave my laptop to Trish and she restored it back. I was very pleased.

Bryan was great. He spent 2+ hours and got almost everything (iMac, MacBook, 2 iPads & printer)set up and working. He got frustrated with the no response from the server and told me it would be too costly for him to stay much longer and wait for it, but instructed me so that I could follow through after he left. I did and everything was operating at top level within a couple hours. Bryan'sservice was worth every penny and I would not hesitate to call on him again or recommend him to others.
