- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different, which is why it is hard to give an estimate without seeing the project space first. Once we speak to the customer about what they are looking for and look at the space needing work, we can then come up with the proper material list and labor cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive an inquiry for a project, we set up a time to meet and see the client's space needing work, discuss what they are looking for and measure out all areas. Based on those criteria, we generate an estimate for the client to review. After accepting the estimate, a timeline is generated to begin the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to completing a certified home inspection course and becoming an ASHI certified home inspector, we have been performing painting and home improvements for over 15 years.
