Welcome to FabYOUlous Fitness Training for Women We focus on fitness for women of all ages. All training takes place in a private, intimidation-free studio nestled in Westerville, Ohio. Our goal is to help empower women to become consistent with their workouts so that they can live long, active, healthy lives. We offer several different kinds of personal training. Our training philosophy is based on prioritizing self-care through becoming consistent with exercise. Basic strength training with a strong focus on proper form education is the foundation of our training program design. YOU are important. YOU are worthy. YOU are beautiful. YOU MATTER!

    Our pricing varies depending on which type of training you are interested in. We offer varying FabFit Fitness Classes, Small Group Shared Personal Training, and One-On-One Personal Training. Contact us know for your FREE Assessment to figure out which type of training best fits your needs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Schedule a time to meet at the studio for a free assessment, which includes a discussion about past exercise/heath history and goals. Next we recommend training based on the new customer's goals and discuss options.
