Welcome to FabYOUlous Fitness Training for Women We focus on fitness for women of all ages. All training takes place in a private, intimidation-free studio nestled in Westerville, Ohio. Our goal is to help empower women to become consistent with their workouts so that they can live long, active, healthy lives. We offer several different kinds of personal training. Our training philosophy is based on prioritizing self-care through becoming consistent with exercise. Basic strength training with a strong focus on proper form education is the foundation of our training program design. YOU are important. YOU are worthy. YOU are beautiful. YOU MATTER!

I chose Kim and fabYOUlous fitness because of her focus on women over 40 and the individual attention I was able to get from her. Kim spent time learning about my specific needs and goals, and devotes our sessions to that long term plan. In addition, she is a certified and qualified Corrective Exercise Specialist, and so she adds a layer of focus on injured or compromised muscles. I especially love that my workouts are in a studio devoted exclusively to personal training sessions and small focus groups, and also that Kim's availability is flexible enough that it fits very well with my demanding schedule. Kim consistently shows me that she truly wants to help me reach my goals. She helps me meet my challenges, and shares in my successes. Our sessions are tough and demanding, with just the right amount of encouragement and positive reinforcement. I feel very fortunate to have Kim as my personal trainer.

I wanted a trainer who could help me strengthen and tone in spite of my arthritic knee. Kim is amazing at getting to all the muscles using modifications that prevent further pain and damage. The best treatment for painful knees is quad strengthening. It’s difficult to strengthen the quads without causing more knee pain. Kim has found the way for me!

Kim is a fantastic trainer! She does a great job of creating challenging workouts while being mindful of individual's abilities. She is very encouraging and down to earth...she makes everyone she trains feel at ease. I highly recommend working out with Kim!

    Our pricing varies depending on which type of training you are interested in. We offer varying FabFit Fitness Classes, Small Group Shared Personal Training, and One-On-One Personal Training. Contact us know for your FREE Assessment to figure out which type of training best fits your needs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Schedule a time to meet at the studio for a free assessment, which includes a discussion about past exercise/heath history and goals. Next we recommend training based on the new customer's goals and discuss options.
