LV3 Fitness is a hybrid fitness brand managed by a dedicated three-man team: Ty’Keem Holmes, Quinton Jones, and Devan Wade. Ty’Keem and Quinton both have degrees in Exercise Science from West Liberty University and are Certified Exercise Physiologists (ASEP).
Devan possesses a degree in Health Coaching. Together, we develop personalized workout programs tailored to your body type, ensuring that every client reaches their full potential and goals.
Our training extends beyond physical exercise to include mental health advice and tips for those who need it. We aim not only to help you look good in the gym but also to see our clients thrive outside of it, leading happy and productive lives.
As high-level athletes, my team and I have over 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning, football, and agility training. We specialize in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and football-specific training for wide receivers, running backs, defensive backs, and linebackers.
As full-time entrepreneurs, we constantly push ourselves to the limit and lead by example. We can guide you to achieve your fitness goals.
