Sub-Urban Remodel was formed by Brian Perrino who has worked in construction for close to 30 years. Sub-Urban was formed with a focus on the smaller kitchen & bath & basement remodel market, but we also do fully custom & large remodels and additions as well. We developed a business that could not only compete with the smaller contractors and handy men and women but also the big custom builders while maintaining high quality and offering home owners the same services of a larger builder with a drastically lower cost in most situations. Services such as drawings and layouts, 3D renderings & detailed proposals so you know exactly what’s included are a standard part of the pre-construction process & there’s no cost to the owners. Communication - your phone calls will be answered or replied to quickly. Every project big or small has access to their schedule, they can review their selections, view all the project documents and more through an online project management system.
