Coming from a residential construction background, with real estate licensing and model home staging experience, I can provide suggestions that will not only add value to your home, I can also provide perspective from a buyers point of view. I stage to the demographic buyer and create the lifestyle that the potential buyer is envisioning. I also studied Interior Design at the NY Institute of Art and Design. I have been in the business for 32 years. Growing up in Europe and being exposed to many different architectural elements, I developed a fondness for design and style. I am able to incorporate my passion for interior design and have successfully turned it into a career.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home Staging Consultations $150-$300 Occupied Stagings Start at $300.00 for smaller homes and go up. Vacant Stagings - Vary and are based upon the homes style, length of staging and demographic buyer. Design/Source/Install Hourly Rate $75.00 - $105.00
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Interviewing, Consulting, Designing, Sourcing, Managing and Delivering. Communication is the key to a great success story.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the construction/design industry since 1985 with residential builders, site developers and interior designers. I have also staged model homes for custom builders. I attended the Sheffield School of Interior Design now known as the NY Institute of Art and Design. I have a passion for beautiful homes and love interior design.
