Introduction
My icing, fondant, gum paste items, royal icing flowers and much more are made fresh from scratch. If I wouldn't serve it to my family... I certainly wouldn't serve it to yours.
I love taking a few ingredients and making a wonderful cake; that not only looks great, but tastes wonderful. I love that feeling that comes along with fullfilling my passion for baking and meeting with people. I love the smiles and happiness that people show when they really like the cake.
