My name is Derick and I am a sports coordinator at our local YMCA in Albany, OR. Kris was a trainer there and trained my people I know for weightlifting and basketball. Always great reaponses from these people. Also, Kris designed a special class for my daughter and several of her Vball teammates to help their vertical and explosiveness which in turn elevated their volleyball game.
