- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I do. My standard pricing system is as follows. All prices based on an hour session: Book 1 session: $40 4 sessions: $35 ea ($140) 6 sessions: $30 ea ($180) 8 sessions: $25 ea ($200) Monthly Rate (3 sessions per week): $250
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for new clients is: 1) Identify your goals and discuss your expectations. 2) Evaluate your fitness level and determine any limitations or injuries. 3) Just get to know you and see if we fit each other. :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved with the fitness and personal defense industry for over 20 years. I am certified instructor through the USTF, WTA and AMA. I am a fitness trainer at Cedar Ridge Country Club in Broken Arrow, OK and with Impact Fitness.
