OxyDry performed mold testing & subsequent mold remediation for my family's home. Professional, knowledgeable, ethical, friendly - I give them an A plus for their service & customer relations! For starters, the only reason they don't have 5 stars is b/c I don't give five stars to anyone. By means of Thumbtack, I was contacted by Joe and given an estimate based on my description of my carpet, the area, and what I desired to have done which was cleaned. We corresponded through email. Joe was patient with my questions, concerns, and ignorance. Being a family business, Joe's family arrived within the time framed discussed and had my carpet steamed within a two hour period. They were efficient, friendly, and willing to make minor adjustments to make the customer happy. For a "big business" job without all the "big business hassle," and for a friendly business that's as good as its word, contact Oxy Dry.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing. Although, there are many variables with respect to Mold and/or Water Damage. Hidden damages from floods or water leaks can come into play depending on where the source of water came from and migrated to, how long its been there and any complexities to be considered before execution of project. Same with Mold Damage. Mold prefers to grow in dark hidden places where there is moister. This makes it difficult for anyone to accurately know where mold could be without proper inspection and even then, it could actually take beginning the work in order to find out where the Mold growth has spread to and to know exactly what the level of effected area is.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA Certified IICRC Certification in Water Damage Restoration of Commercial buildings and Residential Homes as well as IICRC Certifications in Mold Remediation.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with just about all types of customers and projects. to name a few: Guthrie Schools, Gailardia country Club, Mustang City Hall, Edmond Fire Departments's children's education center, Penn Square Mall, Ross Retail stores and we have served over 10,000 residential customers here in the Oklahoma City metro area that we are confident of a good recommendation to anyone that may be in need of our services.
