Introduction: I provide a personal touch to every client and listen to their goals to come up with a personalized plan that fits their needs and budget. You can check out my portfolio and more contact information at stagingok.com I provide a comprehensive consultation visit for occupied homes that will allow you to complete staging on your own if you are the DIY type. I typically spend anywhere from 1-3 hours with you and will address each area of your home, Consultation fees start at $150,depending on size of home and your needs. There is no consultation fee for a vacant home. Prices will vary depending on the number of rooms that need to be staged and the square footage of the home. I love walking into a room and seeing the true potential and having the homeowner be amazed with the transformation.

Amazing! Teresa and her team staged an investment property for us and we we very impressed throughout the entire process. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your typical home staging project involves about 4-6 hours of in-home time and 1-3 hours of office time for research, planning and sourcing materials for the project. So with that said, fees are based on hours in the home and the cost of accessories, rentals and the amount of detail to achieve the "look" you desire.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a phone consultation to determine what your goals for your project are. This would then move toward an in home consult to work up a detailed plan that either I would complete or you can DIY with the information from the in home consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified home stager with Home Staging Resource, a member of RESA (Real Estate Staging Association), a member of American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners (ASHSR), a licensed Realtor, a member of the Oklahoma Board of Realtors, a member of the OKC Metro Association of Realtors.
