At Curate & Co I believe in complete transparency when it comes to pricing. Here is everything you need to know: Base Rates: • 🧹 Home Cleaning — $35/hour • 🏡 Interior Styling & Organizing — $45/hour • 🎄 Holiday & Seasonal Decorating — $50/hour • 🌿 Custom Floral Arrangements — priced per project • 💐 Custom Wreaths — priced per project • 🏃 Errands & Personal Assistant — $30/hour Minimum: • 2 hour minimum on all services Discounts & Special Offers: • 💙 Repeat client discount — loyalty matters and I reward it • 📦 Bundle discount — book multiple services together and save • 🎄 Early holiday booking discount — book your Christmas decorating before October and receive a special rate • 💙 Referral reward — refer a friend and receive a discount on your next service What’s Included: • Free initial consultation • Personalized service plan • Follow up after every job Important Notes: • Supplies and materials are an additional cost unless otherwise discussed • Travel fees may apply outside local service area • Payment due upon completion of service I never surprise my clients with hidden fees. My process for working with new clients is simple, comfortable and completely centered around you: Step 1 — Let’s Talk First Before anything else I love to have a conversation. I want to understand your vision, your style, your needs and your budget. No pressure, no obligation — just an honest conversation about how I can help.* Step 2 — Assess the Space Whether in person or through photos I take time to really look at your space. I want to understand what’s working, what isn’t and what possibilities exist.* Step 3 — Create a Plan I put together a clear plan of action so you know exactly what to expect — what services I’ll provide, how long it will take and what the investment will be. No surprises.* Step 4 — Transform Your Space This is the fun part! I show up on time, fully prepared and ready to work. I treat your home with the same care I give my own.* Step 5 — The Reveal I don’t leave until you love it. Your satisfaction is everything to me.* Step 6 — Follow Up I check in after every job because I genuinely care about your experience and your space.* At Curate & Co every client becomes part of my story. My education and training uniquely positions me to provide exceptional home service: Currently pursuing a PhD in School Psychology — which has deepened my understanding of human behavior, communication, and creating environments that support wellbeing and comfort. Years of hands on experience in commercial office cleaning — giving me professional standards and attention to detail that I bring to every home. Extensive self directed study in interior design, home staging, floral arranging and seasonal decorating — constantly learning and refining my craft. Business owner and entrepreneur — founder of two LLCs giving me a professional foundation and commitment to operating with integrity. Working professional in education with emotionally complex populations — teaching me patience, adaptability, clear communication and genuine care for the people I serve. Member of CJ Affiliate network working with 45+ lifestyle brands — keeping me current on home, lifestyle and wellness trends.
