Jordan Briley was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. He came out to give me an estimate and immediately stood out for his professionalism, integrity, and genuine desire to help. He didnt just go through the motionshe really took the time to dig in, think through the problem, and find the least expensive and best possible solution. That level of care is rare.He spent a significant amount of time with me, patiently and thoroughly explaining every detail and walking me through all of my options. I never once felt rushed or pressuredonly supported and fully informed. His knowledge is impressive, but what truly sets him apart is how clearly and thoughtfully he communicates it.Jordan went well above and beyond what I expected. His work ethic, honesty, and commitment to doing right by the customer are exceptional. Its incredibly refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares this much.
