The service tech discovered within 10 minutes that I had two difficult to find GFI outlets that had been tripped. He reset them and everything worked. Initially I had contracted for 2 entire outdoor outlets to be replaced at $135 for 1 hour of work. I was still charged $105 just to reset the GFI outlets that took 10 minutes. Logically $50 would have been fair since the tech did make the appointment. Seems like a rip off.

Our regular monday - Friday rate is $85.00 per hour, not pro rated, Saturday rates is $127.50. per hour. You was charged less than our normal Saturday Rate.
