JD worked on a renovation of a rental home for me. He approached the work very professionally and was solutions oriented. This work involved concrete and framing demolition and construction as well as a finish out of a new full bathroom and master bedroom. His work ethic is solid, he was timely to the job site and was able to adjust when the project required. He completed this project on schedule and he is assisting with additional projects on my rental property portfolio. I highly recommend JD for any home improvement project.

We selected M&V construction for a replacement fence. Our old fence was falling apart we contacted five local contractors and ultimately selected M&V because they seemed to be able to meet our needs. Manuel gave us several quotes on our fence and was very detailed. The craftsmanship and work ethic are top notch. The fence should last at least 10 years without rotting. Our new fence is a western red cedar 8' privacy fence with a concrete footer to prevent rotting. The job was slated to take 5 days and it was finished in 5 working days. His crew was very respectful and professional. We have two dogs and the crew really didn't seem to mind them milling about while they were working. Additionally, throughout the process Manuel was very communicative and quick to address any concerns. Overall, the experience was great, thanks!

Concrete went very well, cement truck had to drive onto my lawn, wish they would have put plywood down. Now I have 2 dirt strips through my lawn, very ugly. Still waiting for the porch to sealed, part weather delay and part human. Josh was very good at making suggestions on how to do the job properly and his team are very skilled.
