FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very flexible in everything we do at RichLife Unlimited llc. It has always been my motto to never over charge the client regardless of the competition or dollar amount. We rely on the quality of our work, customer service together with having the lowest price and first time buyer discount and rewards program.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We approach each situation with patient as we understand that the client is dealing with several others placing bids for the contract. Once the client responds to our bid, we always want to ask questions to ensure we provide the best service possible. Along the way answering all questions that the client may have about the job, our corporation or service techs. Once selected we email the client the invoice via quickbooks providing several different ways to pay the deposit as we request half up front and the remaining balance upon completion. This prevents false bookings and lost revenue as we could have worked on another job during that time. As always our first time customers receive a discount and great customer service.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
When beginning their project they should create a project budget spreadsheet. This will consist of why they envisioned the project or what is the root cause of the work required. Is repairing or replacing this project going to better or worsen the root cause of the work needed. What is our true budget for this project and how will this impact us in other areas; this should include a plan to restore the funding to their accounts within (X) amount of time as agreed upon. Once they have completed this key project budget planning exercise and have made the decision to move forward they should go to Google and search specifically for their particular project researching possible contractors. Create a professional spreadsheet of the their top 3 service providers and contact them based on their grading of whom they selected. At which the client should have clarity pertaining to expected cost of labor, parts and direction. This process is helpful for everyone as they will not financially hurt any professionals by requesting info they can find on google for free.
