- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We realize that typically no two jobs are the same, so we try and get as many details possible from every potential job. Most of our pricing is done by the foot. Each type of fence is priced differently. The price will depend on style, height, gates, posts, any tear out and haul off of the old fence and staining. Because of the many different aspects of each individual job, we prefer to look at your project in person so we can provide the customer an estimate that explains all of the options they choose, one they can rely on, without any unforeseen charges. No one likes to get hit with additional charges at the end of the project!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we usually do with new customers is talk with them on the phone so that we can ask a few questions to clarify exactly what they want. We then like to schedule an appointment to meet face to face for an in home estimate at a time that is convenient with their family. We will measure the job and listen to their specific needs and answer any questions so that we can help design a custom tailored quote taking all aspects of the job into consideration. We work closely with all our customers throughout the whole process from start to finish to make sure what they were visioning from the beginning is what the customer will see when the project is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone in our organization comes from the fence / construction industry with a heavy emphasis in all types of fence installation. We have the ability to meet any fencing needs you might have! Our installers have experience installing all types of fences.
