- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a 2 hour minimum for our Royal Pamper (standard clean), which is priced at $120. Any additional hour after is just $25. For our Imperial Treatment (deep cleaning) there is a 3 hour minimum which is priced at $150. Any additional hour after is just $50. We do offer package deals for Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly. In which saves you money! All contracts are month to month, with a 30 day cancellation policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each booking is customized to our customers needs. We strive to give you the best service, with the best products, for the best value. If you are unsure on how long to book for, give us a call, and we can come out and do a walk through.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff are professionally trained and have been cleaning for 5+ years. We are also ElementShield certified which is our virus disinfecting system.
