Sally was awesome!! I had a super last minute job (like ASAP) I needed help with, and she arrived quickly and did a marvelous job. My kitchen looked as good as the day I first moved in! Thank you soooooooo much Sally!!!

ALL I CAN SAY IS LIFESAVER! Sally was on time, and she did exactly what she said she would do. For everything she did she was here about 2 1/2 hours, she was very professional and friendly. Our apartment looks and smells great! This apartment was DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY when we moved in and there was one bathroom I knew we would NEVER use it, so I never tackled it!!! I just kept the door shut to the bedroom it was in. I'm very pleased and can't think of anything that would make the experience any better! THANK YOU SALLY!!!

I am so grateful to Sally for her exceptional work. My father is terminally ill and being cared for at home by my 20 year old brother. Needless to say, my brother has not been able to keep up with housework. The state of the house had become so disorganized and dirty that my brother was afraid my father might be removed and placed in a nursing home. I was distressed to think he might be right and saddened to think of them living in such depressing and unhygenic conditions. I am in New York and unable to be there to help him for several weeks, but thankfully I found Sally through this site. She responded instantly with a fair quote and and answered immediately when I called to discuss the details. Fortunately, she had a cancellation the next day and was at my brother's home first thing the next morning. Although it was an extremely difficult job, she stayed until the chaos and filth had been replaced with order and shine. She not only tackled the kitchen and bathrooms, but the piles of clutter and laundry. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Sally for being so professional and compassionate. Because of you, my brother no longer has to worry about my father being removed and can focus on caring for him in a sparkling home. For the first time in months, he is looking forward to welcoming visitors today without shame and planning to prepare a meal for them in his now spotless kitchen. Sally did an absolute superb job with our house. We have two large, shedding dogs that did a number on our home, from carpets to walls.. Sally made our house look pet-free. Highly recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge according to the square footage of the property, I would only charge different if the condition is worse than it should be.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am a single mother of 3 boys and lost my job with a mortgage and bills to pay that I needed to do something until I got hired somewhere. I have a great federal job now but the pay is not as great. So I now struggle and am need of now having to work both jobs. So this is how i got started doing this part time
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers. Homes, businesses and church organization's. Some customers I've never met, they just leave me a key and money and I come do what I do and leave. Others prefer to be there when I'm cleaning and some just want me to keep the key to their place and come clean when they need me to.
