He did a great job, was very knowledgable and nice and a pleasure to be around. The company seems very efficient at getting the work orders dispatched and we would definitely use them again, and recommend to friends and family."See more

The job required drilling through brick, and he showed up well-prepared. I found Yumi to be very responsive and communicative without being pushy like many of the other contractors who had reached out to me on Thumbtack with bids. My schedule (not his) did not allow him to come out to do the job for about two weeks after I accepted his bid, and he remained in touch and eventually came out promptly on the exact day/time we had agreed on. His communication was excellent, which is a big thing I’ve struggled with when hiring other contractors. I will hire Yumi again for other handyman jobs and I now recommend him to my friends."See more
