- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never charge for inspections or estimates — period. After we assess your roof, you'll get a clear, itemized quote so you know exactly what you're paying for and why. For insurance claims, we work directly with your adjuster to make sure nothing gets left off your scope. We're not the cheapest option in OKC, and we're upfront about that we use premium materials from manufacturers like TAMKO, IKO, Atlas, and Malarkey, and every job comes with our 25-year workmanship guarantee. We also offer financing for qualifying projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a free roof inspection. We'll get on the roof, document everything with photos, and give you an honest assessment. If your roof is fine, we'll let you know and share a timeline for when to expect any issues. If repairs or replacement are needed, we'll walk you through the options and pricing before anything moves forward. For storm damage, we handle the full insurance process alongside you. Once you approve the work, our dedicated project managers coordinate materials, crew, and cleanup. Most full replacements are completed in a single day. We stay in contact throughout and do a final walkthrough before we consider the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew leads are factory-trained and certified by the manufacturers we install, including TAMKO Platinum Pro, IKO Shield Pro Plus, Atlas Pro Plus, Malarkey, and Tesla (for solar roofing). We hold Oklahoma Roofing License #80005389 and carry full general liability and workers' comp insurance. Our team participates in ongoing product and installation training as new systems and materials come to market. We're also active members of six local chambers of commerce across the OKC metro, including Edmond, Norman, and Yukon.
