- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bill for several of my services at a fixed hourly rate, but I also will often bid a flat rate based on the type of project and services requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very casual. I try to gather as much information about the project as I can and then I will give a quote based on the needs of the client and the complexity of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelors in Computer Graphics Design and an MFA in Directing Cinema/TV. In addition to this I have worked as a professional video editor for several years for in service to the United States Army and several of the films I have worked on have won awards at prestigious festivals.
