Root From The Heart Yoga

Introduction: I am a Yoga Alliance certified teacher through the Yoga Center of Minneapolis (RYT 200). I have over 230 training hours and over 100 teaching hours. My style is a gentle, yet empowered flow with the intention of rooting students at home in their bodies, connecting to the Earth and our inner core, cultivating compassion and acceptance, and finding our authentic self to live from the heart with purpose and passion. I currently teach at Tulsa's Yoga Room but am available to teach at other studios and locations. I can do private lessons, as well as specialty group classes for corporate offices, wedding parties, birthday parties, school teachers, etc.
