I've been working with Lucas for the past few months now--this is my first time using a personal trainer and I'm hooked. Lucas listens to my concerns not only with my body but with my appetite and catered a workout and meal plan according to my lifestyle. He started me off at a lighter pace but perfect for what my body needed to get accustomed to heavy lifting. He checks in with me every other day for an update to keep me on track. If I don't make it to the gym or have a cheat weekend, instead of making me feel worse about the situation, Lucas just motivates me to work harder. He guides me on what workouts I can benefit from most to make gains even if I have an off week. I can see changes and I feel changes and that to me, is what makes the pain and sweat worth it. But I wouldn't be able to keep the mentality and focus if it weren't for a coach like Lucas. He pushes me, challenges me to keep going and at this rate, I'm so excited to see where his training takes me.Feb 18, 2015
Lucas has been a phenomenal personal trainer for me. At the beginning, we clearly defined what my physical goals were, and from there he created a step by step program to help me achieve them based off of where I was starting from. He does an excellent job at teaching you proper form when using gym equipment, and makes you feel comfortable in a place that may not be so familiar to you. I have had amazing results in a surprisingly short span of time. I highly recommend Lucas as a trainer. He is a very genuine person who lives to help people succeed.Dec 29, 2014
Lucas is fabulous! He is easy to work with and very flexible. He knows his stuff and will keep you busy, even if you can't make it into the gym to see him personally. I was sore for at least 3 days after every workout! If you don't often feel comfortable going to the gym he is a good guy to go with- he is easy to joke around with all the while still challenging your body. A+ for sure!Dec 22, 2014

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am always learning new things from the people I work with. My brother is always helping me learn new things throughout fitness as he trained me while I was playing football in college. Along with the articles I read on different topics throughout fitness.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always had a passion for fitness. I grew up in it as my father was big into fitness along with my brother. I have also always enjoyed helping people and truly listening to people. I figured why not pair those things together and make a difference!
- What types of customers have you worked with?Design workout programs to fit the clients goals Designing a nutrition plan to benefit the clients not only in their workouts but throughout there entire day! Listen and be there if the client needs to vent about life. If needed; provide advice for their situation.
