- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always learning new things from the people I work with. My brother is always helping me learn new things throughout fitness as he trained me while I was playing football in college. Along with the articles I read on different topics throughout fitness.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for fitness. I grew up in it as my father was big into fitness along with my brother. I have also always enjoyed helping people and truly listening to people. I figured why not pair those things together and make a difference!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Design workout programs to fit the clients goals Designing a nutrition plan to benefit the clients not only in their workouts but throughout there entire day! Listen and be there if the client needs to vent about life. If needed; provide advice for their situation.
