- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide an optional and additional disposal fee for the project I do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They contact me, I respond in a timely manner, they send pictures and information that will help me give them an estimate, I review the information and respond with an estimate and day and time, the client confirms or we work out a time that will work, I text the day before the project to confirm our scheduled time, and text again the day of the project to let the client know I am on the way..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have life long experience in working with my hands and problem solving, but I also have a couple years working in the plumbing industry under a professional and installing plumbing in new construction houses. I also have over 4 years of professional experience as a door technician installing and repairing door and windows.
