FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Small jobs are billed hourly. Larger projects can be a flat rate. Pricing depends on the scope, access, and materials. Photos help give a clearer idea of what's involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the customer sends photos. I can often give a price range. If we are in the same ballpark, I will schedule a visit and confirm the final number before work begins. Clear communication and no surprises. For larger projects I write up an estimate and everyone signs off so there are no misunderstandings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From the 90s through the early 2000s I bought and renovated over 60 single-family homes, doing much of the repair and remodeling work myself. I have 25+ years of hands-on experience in repairs, updates, and remodeling. I’ve been fully licensed, bonded, and insured since 2015. CCB #238537.
