- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bigger discounts are given the more frequent you use our service! We can clean your entire home, or just certain rooms. We have a 2 hour minimum and offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly schedules. Or if you're just looking for occasional service, we can do that too!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can provide a free estimate right over the phone! We can tailor the cleaning to fit your needs. Estimates are just that, a guesstimate of time needed. We know every home is lived in differently, so give us a call today!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Pros are professionally trained and graduate from MPU - our very own MaidPro University! ;)
