I had the opportunity to train with Dillon for several months solid. When my work schedule changed affecting being able to get in person training, Dillon has made sure I have everything I need to have a successful work-out and follows through by checking in constantly. Dillon has gone above and beyond to coach, encourage, and push me through my goals. I can't thank Dillon enough!Aug 3, 2020

I work at the same training facility as Dillion and highly recommend him as a trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable in his exercise techniques and bodybuilding. He knows how to put Serious mass on clients and is a savage in the gym.Jul 31, 2020

He’s someone that takes pushing boundaries when it comes to your physical fitness seriously. It’s never a question of if you grow. You will grow and achieve the results you are looking for (if you follow his advice).Aug 6, 2020
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $50-$100 a session, the price of the session is dependent on which session you purchase. I do offer package deals that include free training sessions (the amount of free sessions is dependent upon the package you purchase). I do create customized monthly workout plans for my clients that are targeted towards your specific goals. The monthly workout plan is free to all my clients that train in person with me, for just online training the monthly workout plan is $100. There is NO gym fee for any of my clients due to training at a private facility. Having the ability to use a private facility allows people that feel self conscious to not worry about crowds of people like you find at big box gyms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First thing I do is a Fitness Assessment for all my clients, the assessments are a bit different for In-person training verses Online training. For my online clients I do ask that you send me a video of the facility you will be training at due to not all gyms having 100% of the same equipment so I can maximize all the resources you will have. Once the assessments is completed I then create your customized workout plan. Once your workout plan is complete the training begins. For my online clients I continue to check in and motivate my clients through the workout plan. For my in-person clients I will also be checking in with you on the days I see you for training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I'm a NASM certified personal trainer (CPT) which is one the hardest and most sought after training certificates to earn as a Personal Trainer. Im an Army veteran that spent five years on active duty where I trained soldiers on their physical fitness to maintain the proper appearance of a soldier and improve their physical capacity for the physical demand of combat. Before the military I was training other students from my high school in my weight training class.
