Introduction: Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and I’ve been training people since I was 16 years old. Throughout the years I’ve trained people with a variety of backgrounds from High School student athletes to Active Duty Military Service Members and everyone in between. I absolutely love my job, this is my passion to help people overcome obstacles that they think are impossible. Whether you’re goal is to lose weight, add some size to your muscles, break through plateaus or even just wanting to be functionally fit is something I can help you succeed at.

I had the opportunity to train with Dillon for several months solid. When my work schedule changed affecting being able to get in person training, Dillon has made sure I have everything I need to have a successful work-out and follows through by checking in constantly. Dillon has gone above and beyond to coach, encourage, and push me through my goals. I can't thank Dillon enough!

I work at the same training facility as Dillion and highly recommend him as a trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable in his exercise techniques and bodybuilding. He knows how to put Serious mass on clients and is a savage in the gym.

He’s someone that takes pushing boundaries when it comes to your physical fitness seriously. It’s never a question of if you grow. You will grow and achieve the results you are looking for (if you follow his advice).
