I have been training with Evan at his fitness studio for a number of years as both a private client and on his Powerlifting Team. Evan is an outstanding trainer and coach. He has an in-depth knowledge of the human anatomy in relation to mobility, exercise, and nutation. He provides positive feedback, while always challenging me. I would recommend him for people of all levels from beginners to exercise through elite athletes. His fitness studio is "top drawer". It is well equipped and organized, and much better than a "big box" gym. It is always, clean friendly, and safe.

I've trained with Evan for around 6 years and enjoyed every session even it was tough. We focused on Spartan training, mobility and strength and he always had something new to try. I have never been bored and he tailors the workout to my needs and keeps me from hurting myself.

I offer either monthly training at 2, 3, or 4 sessions per week, or session packages of 5, 10, and 20.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a consultation session to understand my client's current status as well as establish goals and a timeline. From there, I typically work with my clients 2 to 4 times per week, usually for at least three months and often for a number of years.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several national certifications in personal training, I frequently attend continuing education seminars and keep up with the latest scientific research.
