- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer multiple pricing options with our wide array of package choices. Our session fees range per session depending on what package (10 to 100) you choose. We also offer group rates (2-4) and classes (5+) for even more money saving options!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session in FREE (1 hr, more for couples) and includes: Review of Your Medical History Body Assessment (body fat percentage, muscle mass percentage, body mass index, visceral (belly) fat and body age). Nutritional Assessment Fitness and Performance assessment Goal Setting
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our fitness coaches are all nationally certified. In addition, they complete a comprehensive 3-part interview process (which includes a complex mock training session) and the head coaches complete an intensive GYMGUYZ training course on site in our corporate office. Our fitness coaches are required to keep their certifications updated by complying with continuing education requirements in accordance with individual certifying bodies.
