Working out with Hailee is always fun. She has a great attitude and a creative training style. I love that my kid can “help” while I work out. When compared to gym membership plus personal training plus childcare, her rate is a great deal.Feb 20, 2019
Hailee is GREAT! I’m not the type of person that enjoys working out, but decided a few months ago that I was getting too old to be so stationary. Begrudgingly I set about finding a trainer, and I met Hailee. Workouts with her are never boring, are always tailored to me, and are actually... enjoyable?! I’ve noticed a huge change in my strength and flexibility. She will totally kick your a$$. Hire her. Immediately!Feb 23, 2019Verified
She is a great trainerNov 22, 2019Verified
I have been enjoying my time training with Hailee. She has been quite surprising in my search for a trainer. Here are some key points from my times thus far: Value: I found Hailee's pricing to be affordable and I don't feel cheated of the services she provides. We were able to workout a plan that is suitable for me long term and allows me to reach a certain amount of independence down the road, which is what I requested. Responsiveness: Hailee responded the day after I put in a request. Once we got in touch, it was smooth sailing from there. She replies promptly and clearly. Professionalism and knowledge: Hailee has been very understanding of my needs and abilities. We have been working together to create a long term plan that is healthy and fits my lifestyle. Not only is she flexible in meeting me for a workout, she shows up on time, and the workouts have been challenging but fun (by fun, I mean that she changes things up, I still don't enjoy the pain that much >.<) Overall, I have been quite happy with the decision in working out with Hailee. She shows up to the clubhouse at my condo, we workout and she provides a lot of helpful information to make this life change stick within my abilities. I plan to post another update after a couple of months. Feel free to contact/comment if I missed any info that might have been helpful.Nov 18, 2018Verified
I had scheduled a session with Hailee at my place, which was 30+ miles away. She made the trip, no hesitation, and it was an amazing experience. Hailee knew everything I was asking about and I thoroughly enjoyed her training. She made it a fun workout, so the time went by fast. I love how upbeat and energetic she is. I had a sore wrist, which Hailee was able to incorporate workouts that wouldn’t strain it more. She also provided nutrition information for me. I will be scheduling again, regularly with Hailee.Oct 29, 2018
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I sell in monthly packages, and prices are based on weekly session frequency and location. Prices range from $55-$70 a session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When starting with a new client I always run them through a consultation before beginning any program. This allows us to decide on the best course of action, and really understand the physical barriers that are working against us. This is also a time where a client/trainer relationship is built, which gives us the chance to express any concerns. From there I will start our program off by conducting a strength assessment, as well as obtain some body measurements. This allows us to get a baseline to compare our results to down the road. It also presents us with our weak areas, or areas that need more improvement/focus. Each individual is different from there, but each program will be designed specifically for the needs and goals of each client. What isn't hit during our sessions will be provided in checklist form to ensure you are working on additional areas of health outside of just training (i.e. Nutrition, hydration, sleep, stress, etc)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a college graduate from Oregon State University with my Bachelor's in Kinesiology, on top of my American Council on Exercise personal training certification. As far as in the field of training however, I have 4 years of experience in many different fitness formats in addition to one-on-one individual focused personal training. This includes: boot camp style large group classes, cycle classes, core strength classes, and Orangetheory classes.
