I have been training with Dave since about mid 2021 and can say that he has a made a huge positive impact on my life, both physically and mentally. Physically, he has helped me eliminate pain in my knees from previous sports injuries, attain a whole new level of mobility and flexibility, and brought back my athleticism after years of being sedentary. Mentally, Dave has helped me work with mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises to help foster a sense of calm and focus, and helped me understand how outside stressors can effect all aspects of your life. Not only is Dave a kind and respectful person, he is a wealth of knowledge and source of new ideas.
