With Chance as my coach I trust that he takes me as his client, step by step, day by day through a training plan that is researched and strategically planned. He has a keen eye for personalization with my strengths and weaknesses in mind. I started with Chance as a general fitness enthusiast because I liked how challenging and creative his bootcamp classes were. With progress we moved into the power lifts and a training programme to prepare for competition; in eight months I progressed from deadlifting 135 lbs to 250 lbs. I implicitly trust the thought that Chance puts into his programming and appreciate how generous he is with his time, energy, resources, and personal commitment to my goals. I am grateful to have Chance as my coach as I develop as an athlete and we head into my first competition season.Apr 28, 2017
I have been training with Chance for 2 and half years and have been improving all aspects of my fitness abilities. Initially I was attending one 30-minute 1on1 session a week, and gradually increased up to 4 hour-long small group sessions a week. Chance mixes traditional weight training with variations of different and fun exercises, challenging my strengths, endurance, agility and control. He pays attention to details in form, tempo and targets to my specific goals. I feel I am constantly learning and growing in capabilities while having fun. I'm always looking forward to every session, and enjoy training with other clients, where we keep each other motivated and challenged in different ways. I meet with a personal trainer in China when I visit there a couple of times a year. He is very strict and extremely meticulous with forms. Each time I meet with him, he always comments on my noticeable improvements and I even get compliments from other clients and trainers there.Mar 4, 2015
He really puts a lot of time and effort into getting to know who you are and getting to know what motivates you and makes you successful. I have trained with 6 different trainers over the years and he is by far the best.Apr 17, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing varies due to all the options I offer. When clients come to my facility I tend to see clients once, twice, or three times a week. I also have my clients pay monthly instead of buy all sessions at once. Another service I offer is online personal training. This is a lot cheaper as I am your fitness coach. I write your workouts, cardio, and nutrition. Pretty much anything Fitness I manage for you. I also have group training options and can do an combo on any of these options. The first session is always free that way you can come in, we can find the best options for you, and we can build a program from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A new client i will offer a free session so I can assess them and get to be more in depth with their goals. After that initial meeting I will put together an entire program based on their specific needs. Each client the first 1-3 months we work on basics to build from the inside out. Then we can move on to more power movements and complicated movements that will challenge your body much more.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 8 different certifications that are all thru NASM. I am currently taking some new classes to continue my education thru NASM. Im also taking classes at PCC for their Fit Tech Program. I have to take continuing education credits and reach a certain amount to keep my education every 2 years. This keeps me up todate with any changes in the fitness industry.
