Introduction: I have been coaching in the Portland Metro area for over 7 years. While 75% of my past clients have been over 40 years old and most have had minor health issues, I have also coached two female powerlifters who set Oregon state records. The majority of my clients train at Loprinzi’s Gym in SE. I am, however, available for park and in-home sessions throughout the city and have privileges at private gyms in Tigard and Beaverton.
