Introduction: Trainer works hard to provide exercise that is fun, but is beneficial to each and every client. Since every person is different, each exercise is modified/designed to work for the client. All exercises are designed with the thought of how one moves through their day ... this type of "exercise" methodology is known as "Functional Training".
I love seeing my clients get excited about their newest achievement of being able to touch their toes, see weight/positive body changes, lift a gallon of milk with one hand, and/or get up off the floor without using furniture to get themselves upright. Client excitement is what gets me back into the studio each day, to work with more clients!
