Introduction: I am a certified personal trainer at Adapt Training. Along with general fitness and athletic training, I instruct fitness classes, boot camps and nutrition programming for all ages, levels and abilities. Our training focuses on maximizing muscular efficiency by the understanding of human performance and movement. We focus on increasing range of motion, muscular strength and endurance to get the body as balanced and efficient as possible.

Right out the gate, Kam had me hooked. My workouts were custom made to increase my vertical leap. He had me doing a lot of injury prevention and intense strength training in each workout. Kam works at Adapt Training and a balanced injury prevention approach starts off on the get go. From the initial assessment that I got showing that my hips were extremely tight, he had me going home with a few stretches and moves that make the day after 10x better. Kam has it down and so does Adapt.
