Great job on the popcorn removal, repair of the ceilings and painting it. Working with Tim and his team went very well.
Eliseo came to view my project, insulation removal. Upon inspection, it did not need to be removed. He was honest and helpful. Any future projects, I would highly consider Eliseo.
Overall Great Experience! We will hire them again when we're ready for our next project; Removing the wallpaper in our Kitchen!
Definitely use again and recommend for junk removal.
Alex Maringa and his crew from Capital Janitorial Company came out on a Sunday to clean my gutters. They were very friendly and did everything I expected and more. They suggested mold retardant be added to the roof since mold was removed a year ago and is already showing signs of growing back. They also placed screens in the areas of the gutters where the downspouts are to prevent leaves, etc. from clogging them in the future. You can find them on the Thumbtack app. They worked hard and quickly for a very fair price - excellent value!
We hired Alfredo to paint our cabinets white. His wife was there to help with the language barrier, which was very helpful. The job took about 3 days with an additional half day to fix some cabinet doors that didn't take the color in as well as the rest. His wife did the responding via thumbtack and text (d/t the language barrier). Communication was always prompt. I was very impressed with the quality.
I recently hired Ross of The Ace of Paints to paint the entire interior of my deceased parents home in hopes of trying to sell the property. The walls were in terrible shape with many rooms having wallpaper that needed to be removed. I received several bids and met with the prospective painters. Ross's bid was fair and he assured me that his work was 2nd to none. Well, he was right......when I first saw the work he had done....I gasped and said "YOU are meticulous!" I can assure you that you will be as happy as I was with his work. Not to mention that he is such a nice guy!
Brian went above and beyond what we expected. He took the time to ensure that a mango juice stain was completely removed from a light beige carpet. He was pleasant, professional and we will call upon him again. He is highly recommended.
We own an older manufactured home that needed updating. We had a budget we needed to stick with to accomplish our "must have done" list. Primarily Mr. Marsh was hired to: 1. Tear out all the carpeting throughout the two bedroom home. 2. Replace the carpet with wood-grain vinyl flooring throughout the home with the exception of the two bathrooms and the utility/mud room. 3. Remove old kitchen ceiling and lighting and replace the ceiling and lighting with "CAN" lighting. 4. Paint old kitchen cabinets and doors plus walls. 5. Paint the ceilings and walls in both bedrooms and add new trim. 6. Build a small hall closet with new door and trim 7. Replace old front door with new door 8. Paint living, dining, kitchen, and bedrooms plus add new trim around doors and floor after new floors were finished. 9. Add some electrical outlets/dimmer in kitchen and dining room areas. 10. Replace old cabinet hinges and handles on kitchen cabinets and door knobs on bedroom doors after painting bedroom doors. We were extremely pleased with all of the work Mr. Marsh completed in our home. He made an old home look updated and refreshed. We always receive very nice complements from family and friends telling us how nice everything looks!! He stayed within our budget even after we added some extra requests. Mr. Marsh stayed in communication with us, which was vital. His education as an engineer and experience at building and remodeling homes were a wonderful asset to his professionalism. Mr. Marsh was able to give us a very detailed and reliable bid that was less than two other bids we received from other contractors. We would not hesitate to have Zach Marsh back to update our bathrooms and utility room when the time is right for our budget. He was professional, reliable, and most importantly, he was honest in his dealings with us. He took care of all the shopping and gave us choices that were within our budget. He also completely cleaned up after himself and hauled away all the old carpet, pad, and other debris. This was a great help since we are retired and it would have been very difficult for us to go out and do the shopping for materials, and to haul away all the old material. After nearly two years, I believe I would have had him put two coats of paint on the kitchen cabinets and doors. I'll have him back in a few years to paint them again when they begin to show wear. I hope he will be available when we need him again. Yours truly, David and Diane Smith
This is the first time I have worked with Melania and Pro Home Painting and Cleaning, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Ours was a challenging painting project, a neglected 140-year-old Victorian house that we are in the process of renovating. The job involved extensive prep, because of the poor condition, and detail work to complete the traditional three-color Victorian look. We happily found that Melania possesses the communication, delegation, and hands-on skills required for the job. The price was very reasonable. She communicated with us often, and it was clear that she is very committed to making absolute sure that the job was progressing to our satisfaction. She is a person who takes personal satisfaction in achieving an excellent result. We are very glad that we chose Melania and Pro Home Painting and Cleaning as our painting contractor.
Chris removed a window and installed a door in its place. He was prompt and worked efficiently to complete the job. He is responsive to texts and always let me know what was happening. He will be returning to do another project for me in January. Highly recommended!

Mike came out to tear out an existing deck. He was very timely in his replies and was able to fit us in between an existing job. He was very kind, trust worthy and the job was completed beyond our expectation as there was additional work uncovered and he took care of it! The yard was left clean and all debris removed. I would definitely consider Mike for future jobs!
Russ hauled away some trash and concrete rubble and uprooted and removed an area of English ivy. He is very personable, reliable, thorough and hard working. Russ is a gem; we plan to call on him for help with a variety of tasks in the future.
They removed the mangled fence and fallen tree's from a car crashing through our yard the day after we called them. The tree's were hard to find due to their height. They found treeâs of the correct height and installed them. Best thing is, when we ran our sprinkler system, I found there was a broken pvc line. They came out and fixed itâ¦no extra charge! They then ran the sprinklers and adjusted them without us even asking. Now thatâs being thorough! I would hire them any day of the week. Most importantly, Their price was very reasonable as we got quote from other sources, most of which were 1-3 months out to even start the job.
