Introduction: I primarily spend time with seniors right where life finds them in their journey. My goal is to help seniors with a fitness plan that will work specifically for them and fit in with their day-to-day lifestyle.
Whether it be a walking partner, a swimming coach for some therapy or just helping them meet a personal goal, I firmly believe it's never too late in life to set goals and attain them.
I enjoy spending time teaching, listening and coaching. Seniors have earned it.
