- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Red Light Recording Studio Custom Music Pricing Non-Exclusive 1 minute with minimal arrangement and instruments. $400 - $1000 45 seconds with minimal arrangement and instruments. $300 -$700 30 seconds with minimal arrangement and instruments. $200 -$400 15 seconds with minimal arrangement and instruments. $100 -$200 (This is general pricing, contact Red Light Recording Studio for a free quote) What is the difference between non-exclusive and exclusive? If you choose to have me create custom music and then you allow me to add the music to my stock music library and re-license the music then it is non-exclusive. If you don't want the music added to the stock music library and you want the music to be unique for your application then you would want an exclusive license.

I have been an audio engineer for 4 years and am a certified and college credited audio engineer and teacher from The Film and Recording Connection in California.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My name is Johnny Davis. Music has been a passion of mine since I was 14 and is something I have integrated into my life and career throughout the last 12 years. From 2002 to 2006 I played in a local band in my hometown of Bend Oregon. At the same time I started a small event production business and began teaching myself how to book and manage concerts locally. I was successful with this for about 3 years working with every major talent agency in the US. I began to recognize that working with bands and other musicians was something I was good at and really enjoyed doing, so I elected to start my own business in band management. I managed 9 bands for 2 years, helping launch some careers, while simultaneously building a band of my own. I ultimately decided to quit managing to focus on my band, for which we had really begun to establish a name. We performed together for 3 years while touring all over the US. I earned endorsements from multiple recognized companies such as Orange Amplifiers, Willis Custom Casings and Rise Up Clothing. After 2 albums, 10 tours, and much discussion the band decided to split. I spent the next year focusing on building my event production business, putting on many of the local events for numerous, nationally recognized companies around Bend. In 2013 I was asked to join a strong Portland, OR based band and through them, worked my way up to an internationally touring musician. Now, at the age of 26, I continue to actively tour as a hire on musician. Im also actively composing and producing stock and custom professional music for Television, video and commercial use. I now have over a decade of live performance experience, produced multiple EPs and written several full length albums. My focus now is to continue to write and produce commercial music. As a musician, I have come a long way and I intend on learning and sharing this art form with all of those who are able appreciate it along with me.
